Madua Atta, also known as Raagi or Finger Millet Flour, is a staple food in India and is made from grinding dried finger millet seeds. It is a highly nutritious ancient grain that has been a staple in the Himalayan diet for generations. Keeps you young, reduces “bad” cholesterol, and prevents cardiovascular disease. Sourced mainly from the high rises of Himalayas. Millet Flour is rich in fiber and helps with weight loss and diabetes. It does not contain any chemicals or pesticides. Madua Atta is loaded with calcium, good carbs, amino acids and vitamin D. Ragi atta is a great whole flour and can be used to make Chillas, Rotis, or Tacos. They have a great unique taste as well and make for some nourishing winter breakfast. Ragi is a whole grain that is Gluten Free.
