At MijhoIndia, we strive to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and in the shortest possible time while ensuring that our products reach you in the best condition.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, new product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be extended. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
2. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, courier delays, or regulatory restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. MijhoIndia may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at its sole discretion.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact information provided during checkout.
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the status of their shipment.
The tracking information may not be available if there is a technical issue preventing the tracking ID from being updated on our shipping provider's website.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, you can take the following steps:
• Verify the shipping address to ensure it is correct and complete.
• Check your mailbox and call history to see if there are any delivery attempts or missed calls from the courier or any notifications about attempted delivery.
• Check with your family members, neighbours or building security who might have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
• Wait until the end of the day as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered while still in transit.

5. Address Accuracy & Change Requests
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at the time of placing an order.
MijhoIndia shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information.
Address modification requests can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has commenced. Furthermore, the option to alter the address is limited to instances where the new destination falls within the boundaries of the same state.
6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered shipment.
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or any reason attributable to the customer, MijhoIndia reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
7. Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, leaking, or contains an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us investigate the issue, please provide:
• Order Number
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging
• Clear photographs of the product received
• A brief description of the issue
Please do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed and resolved.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
8. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Shipments
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that an order is confirmed but cannot be delivered due to loss in transit or operational issues attributable to MijhoIndia or its logistics partners, an appropriate replacement or refund will be offered.
9. Serviceability
Delivery availability is subject to courier partner coverage and serviceable pin codes.
MijhoIndia reserves the right to decline or cancel orders placed for locations that are not serviceable by our logistics partners. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
10. International Shipping
International shipping may be offered for select locations and products.
Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance processes, and local courier networks.
Any customs duties, import taxes, local levies, or regulatory charges imposed by the destination country shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. MijhoIndia has no control over such charges, and cannot predict their amount.
11. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through www.mijhoindia.com are subject to acceptance and availability.
MijhoIndia reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate information, regulatory requirements, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation by MijhoIndia after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
12. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently not available at our website.
13. PIN Code Availability

14. Return Shipping
All returns shall be processed to the same address at which the original order was placed. In cases, where the return is for defective or damaged product, we shall facilitate a pickup arrangement.
15. Taxes & Duties
• For Indian Buyers- All the charges will be inclusive of GST.
• For International Buyers- As the recipient, you are liable for all additional charges, taxes or fees as levied by the local customs office of the destination country. Payment of these is necessary when the package is delivered to release your order from customs on arrival. International purchasers are advised to contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information.
