Delivery Timeline

Our aim is to ensure that products bought from MijhoIndia are delivered to you in the shortest time, and in the optimal condition possible. Being a platform for multiple sellers, artisans and craftsmen, order dispatch time will be variable, mention of which will be given on the specific product page. 

For any products which are made-to-order, approx timeline should be around 20-25 working days. However, the timeline for order processing will find mention on the specific product page.

Depending on the shipping location, we aim to deliver orders once dispatched within 4-7 working days. Delivery time may vary based on the user's location and logistic infrastructure in that area.

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of shipments, but there may be instances where factors beyond our control can cause delays.

 If  your order is received towards the end of the day, we'll process it on the next working day. Similarly, if you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we'll process it on Monday or the subsequent working day.

If we can't deliver your order even after confirmation, we'll refund the payment made via credit/debit card, wallet, or internet banking using the same method.

Delivery Charges

We provide FREE shipping across India for a total order value of  ₹999 or more. For orders below ₹999, a flat fee of  ₹90 will be charged.

For international locations, shipping is chargeable, irrespective of order value. 

Cash on Delivery

Our Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available exclusively within India, and a factor of Sellers’ policy on COD, mention of which will be given on the specific product page. 

COD service charge at ₹75 will be levied irrespective of order value. 

COD service will not be available for orders exceeding the net amount of ₹5500.

PIN Code Availability

To check if your area is serviceable, please enter your pin code in the designated field on the product page. 

Some PIN codes may not be serviceable for COD. If you face such issues, please reach out to our customer care team at support@mijhoindia.com

Change of Address

Address change will be permissible solely if the order has not undergone shipment. Furthermore, the option to alter the address is limited to instances where the new destination falls within the boundaries of the same state.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with order tracking details on your registered email ID.

The tracking information may not be available if there is a technical issue preventing the tracking ID from being updated on our shipping provider's website.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, you can take the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address to ensure it is correct and complete.
  2. Check your mailbox and call history to see if there are any delivery attempts or missed calls from the courier or any notifications about attempted delivery.
  3. Check with your family members, neighbors or building security who might have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  4. Wait until the end of the day as packages can sometimes be marked as delivered while still in transit.

Damage or Tampered Packing

In case you notice any signs of tampering or damage to the product's packaging upon delivery, please decline the delivery and contact us at support@mijhoindia.com  Kindly provide your order reference number and attach a photo of the tampered package. We shall ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Unreceived Packages

Two delivery attempts will be made for the delivery. In case, you fail to receive the delivery, the product will be sent back to the Seller. For prepaid order, Credit Note will be added to your account which can be redeemed later. Credit amount will be calculated after deduction of the shipping charges.

Products which went unreceived, can be re-ordered once they are returned to us; if you still wish to acquire these.

Reason for Undeliverable Packages

  1. Incorrect Address: In case the address provided is incorrect or outdated, the courier service usually returns the package. It is recommended that you thoroughly verify your address details while placing a new order.
  2. Failed Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners generally make more than one attempt to deliver the package. However, if there's no one available to receive the delivery after multiple attempts, the package will be returned.
  3. Refused by Recipient: If you are unavailable at the specified address and someone refuses to accept the package, assuming it was sent to them by mistake, then the package will be returned.
  4. Unreadable Shipping label: It is also possible that the shipping label may become unreadable during the shipping and handling process, or there may be an error from the courier service resulting in the package being delivered to a different address than what was specified on the label.
  5. Damaged During Transit: If a package gets damaged during transit, the courier service will return it instead of attempting the delivery.

In cases, where the reason for Undeliverable packages was either of Point no. 1, 2 & 3, the delivery charges will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to you as store credits. But for cases related to point no. 4 and 5, We shall ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Taxes & Duties

For Indian buyers- All the charges will be inclusive of GST.

For International buyers- As the recipient, you are liable for all additional charges, taxes or fees as levied by the local customs office of the destination country. Payment of these is necessary when the package is delivered to release your order from customs on arrival. 

International purchasers are advised to contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information.

Return Shipping

All returns shall be processed to the same address at which the original order was placed. In cases, where the return is for defective or damaged product, we shall facilitate a pickup arrangement. 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via our registered logistic partners. 

The delivery time is estimated to be 10-15 business days; however this might get extended based on customs process and may also vary depending on the destination country. 

In case of multi-seller orders, all products will be first consolidated at a location within India and then dispatched to the International destination.
