How can I place an order?

You can place an order by selecting the item you want to purchase and adding it to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order from our website. You may contact us at with any product query. Can I get a bargain deal on the price?

We always offer the best price we can on our website! We consider the brand, style, condition, and fair market value of our items when setting our price

Are the images shown on your website of the actual products you’re selling?

Absolutely! We make sure to share detailed images of each product we sell, including any wear and tear on Pre-Owned or Brand defective products.

How can I be sure of the authenticity and quality of the listed products?

We take authentication very seriously at MijhoIndia. Every product which is listed on our platform goes through a strict screening process before you can buy it. Once the product is purchased, the seller sends it to MijhoIndia where it goes through a thorough authentication and quality check process. Only after we finish this step and everything looks good, we close the transaction and send the product over to you!

Unfortunately, if the product you bought doesn't make it through our authentication & quality check process, don't worry! You'll get your entire payment refunded.

Will the pre-owned products be Hygienic enough to be worn/used?

No worries! We're super picky about the quality and condition of everything we sell on our platform. For all the product, which is gently used, we make sure it's fully sanitized before it gets to you.

How can I figure out what size fits me?

What payment options do you offer?

We accept a range of payment options, including credit and debit cards, PayTM, Net Banking, and UPI.

Do you have a COD option available?

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders Pre-Loved category. Even if COD option is chosen, it can not be processed. 

Do you ship Pan India and to international destinations?

We ship to Pan India as well as to international locations. You can verify if the location is serviceable by entering your pincode. For international locations, a minimum order value of $120 will be necessary to proceed with the checkout.

Is there any additional shipping charge?

Buyers in India won't have to pay for shipping for order value more than ₹999. However, if the order value falls below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be automatically added to the invoice.

For international location shipping is chargeable, irrespective of order vale. As the recipient, you are liable for all additional charges, taxes or fees as levied by the local customs office of the destination country. Payment of these is necessary when the package is delivered to release your order from customs on arrival.

Is there a way for me to edit my order?

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order right after placing it. If that's the case, just drop us an email on Please keep in mind that we can only make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it, so it's best to contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help you out!

I got an error while placing an order. What should I do?

If such a situation arises, please reach out to us and our team will assist you by manually placing the order and sending you a confirmation email

In the case of an unsuccessful order, what will be the status of my online payment?

If your order doesn't go through, don't worry! Your payment status will depend on your payment method. Usually, the payment won't go through, and you'll get your money back. But the refund process may vary depending on the payment gateway or provider you used.

If you used a credit/debit card, the funds will be released within a few days, while with digital wallets like PayTM, you might get your money back immediately or within a few hours.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, but beyond that timeframe, we cannot accept any cancellation requests. So please take a moment to carefully review the product and its condition before making your purchase. However, if you do have a concern or need to make changes, feel free to reach out to us at within 24 hours.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

When you place an order, we notify the seller to pack and send the product to us. After receiving your product, we conduct an authentication & quality check process to ensure that it's in good condition before sending it your way. It usually takes around 10-14 working days for your package to arrive. We always try our best to stick to this timeline, but please understand that unexpected delivery delays may happen and are beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking ID so that you can keep tabs on your package.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

How can I get my order if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?

When your order is on its way, our delivery partners will send you a text message with all the important information. If you happen to miss the first delivery attempt, no worries! Just give the phone number in the text message a call and you can confirm the time for the second attempt. If you're unable to do so, please contact our customer care team immediately and we will assist you.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a compromised/damaged delivery, please record an unboxing video and send it to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we'll help you out. Just a heads up, we can only accept defective or damaged products for return if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all their tags intact. Also, please make sure to return the items in their original packaging. Once we receive the product, we'll conduct a quality check and initiate the refund process for approved returns. I have a size issue with the product that I have received. What shall I do?

To curb the carbon emission made by every returned package, we do not accept any return or exchange on delivered products. We hope you understand and take a moment to read through our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. It's a good idea to check out the product details and Size Chart before you buy so that you can be sure you're happy with your choice. The pictures on the website don't match the product I received. What can I do about it?

If you want to cancel an order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we won't be able to accept any cancellation requests.

You can request for cancellation by emailing us at with your order number and reason for cancellation. Thereafter, we'll reply to you with confirmation once we've canceled your order.

We will proceed with processing the order if a cancellation request is submitted beyond 24 hours from when the order was placed.


We really love it when you choose to buy pre-loved products as it's better for the planet. Right!

Same way it’s also important to be mindful about the impact every returned shipment has on the environment and climate change.

Each returned package contributes to greenhouse gas emissions & every returned order entails extra packaging materials which finally ends up in landfill resulting in more carbon emissions.

To mitigate the impact of transportation-related emissions and minimize packaging waste we don’t allow customers to exchange products that they have already purchased. However, we have established the following specific cases in which we do and don’t accept returns:

Return acceptable if

  • Product received is not in the condition that was described by the seller
  • Defect in the item that was not visible or declared by the seller
  • Wrong item has been delivered
  • Product delivered is of an incorrect size

Return not acceptable for

  • Product/s sold in clearance sale
  • Delayed delivery
  • Products do not fit or have a size issue 
  • Imperfections or defects which were already declared by the seller
  • Simply have a change of mind about the product

Return Process

  • All return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the item, after which the product will not be eligible for return
  • If the product you received has an issue that is covered in our Acceptable Returns, you can email a photo of the problem to 
  • We will review the images provided and notify you of the return request status, indicating whether it has been approved or rejected 
  • If approved, we'll arrange a pickup for the return from your location. Pickup instructions will be provided in the same or separate email.
  • Please maintain the product's original condition, including its tags and packaging, by refraining from using it. Although you may try on the product, it is important to take necessary precautions to preserve its condition.
  • Please return the product with the invoice, all original packaging, and any other accessories or free gifts that were included with the product.
  • Our logistics partner will contact you for the pick-up. You may convey your convenient time & day for the purpose. We request you to make arrangements for the pick-up, in case you are personally unavailable at an agreed time & day. Non-adherence of the scheduled time & day by you will shift the logistic charges upon you. Pls note that return must be initiated within two working days for it to be approved by our end.
  • After we receive the returned product, it will be assessed, and if it is considered to be in satisfactory condition, a return email confirmation will be sent to you. However, if the returned product is not found OK, the refund would be rejected. The decision regarding the same would be final & non-negotiable.

Refund Terms & Conditions

  • For an approved return or cancellation of a product, a refund will be processed within 10 working days.
  •  If payment was made via our gateway, we'll credit the same account or request bank details for refund processing. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your payment or banking partner to process the refund amount. 
  • In case of any partial or full returns, if the net total Order Value reduces to under 1500/- then the Shipping charges along with its GST amount would be deducted from the refund pay-outs.
  • For a rejected return, the Company may either decline the refund completely or may decide to make the refund in the form of Reward points.
