1. Ragi Ambli / Ragi Java Recipe: Soak the ragi before putting the ragi grains in the grinder, ragi grain seeds should be dry. Take a few tablespoons of ragi flour, add milk or water by adding little cardamom powder by stirring continuously for some time span, leave the mixture as it is for 15 minutes, put some curry leaves above the mixture to add an extra beneficial ingredient for digestion. Perfect delicious drink for the weight loss procedure.

2. Sweet version of ragi malt/ ragi ambli can be an easy malt to make. Take ragi porridge and add jaggery that can be made as a malt by adding one/two cups water according to the requirement.
