Each item is individually hand made by local people of Kumaon. These are natural and chemical free food items.

Black soybeans have a black seed coat on the outside of the bean. Inside, they are the same colour as regular yellow soybeans. They are smaller, though than yellow soybeans.

It is rich in fibre, iron & calcium, they're one of the absolute best sources of plant-based protein. Black soybeans are often consumed whole or used in recipes. They are sweet with a creamy smooth texture and, extremely versatile. Try them in place of garbanzo beans in hummus, in salads, salsas, soup, stew, and with whole grain. They complement brown rice nicely.

Due to the high protein content, black soybeans take longer to digest; keeping you feeling fuller longer. You can simply add to smoothies, juices, salads, soups or as a baking ingredient.

It improves bowel movement, relieves constipation, nourishes kidney and replenishes blood, clears body heat and detoxifies, has antioxidant activity.
