To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to keep / produce the proof of
purchase.

• If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return address as well as instructions to send your package.
• You need to send 4 pictures of the pack (from all sides) and a short video of the packet in the mail.
• Please note that the newly selected product should be of at least the same value as the previous one.
• Any additional difference will be paid by you before dispatching of newproduct.
• Do send the pack through Indian Post.
• There will be an extra charge of Rs. 150 for the courier cost of new product, which will come as Cash On Delivery charge to you, with the new dispatch order.
• Once we receive your parcel of existing product, it will go for the quality check.
• Once the product is passed by a quality check to ascertain the packet condition, we will dispatch your new order.
