This method results in small grains but is the most healthy and tasty Organic Rice as it is pounded only once, retaining its original taste and benefits. Without using any machinery or
electric tool, we extract 100% organic, untouched and unprocessed nutritious rice grains. The local communities are also benefited by extracting Dheki rice as it provides them a source of employment.
